To defrost: Place in refrigerator for 12 hours until fully defrosted and do not refreeze.
Top Tip: Leave pastry a little thicker than usual to retain a lighter texture.

Instructions
Oven cook - From Frozen. To use: Knead pastry adding a little water if necessary to make soft and pliable. Roll out between two sheets of baking parchment and use as required. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C/400 F/Gas 6, or at the temperature required for your recipe.
